Axxiom is proud to introduce the MV2 as its newest abrasive metering valve under the Schmidt line of quality products for airblast. The MicroValve has been the accepted industry standard for its class of valve. The MV2 raises that standard by providing the operator with a reliable state-of-the-art abrasive metering valve that is both easier to use and maintain. Less frequent and easier maintenance translates into significant operator savings for any air blast job.

• Gasket is integrated into sleeve which simplifies and speeds assembly.
• Bosses on base make alignment of bolt holes between the body and base a snap.
• Body and cap are combined into one rugged carbon steel body that will simplify assembly.
• Plunger seal is the same as the rugged Thompson Valve II.
• Rebuild kit can be installed from the bottom side of valve with valve still installed on pot.
• Metering position indicator provides a visual representation of the plunger position relative to the sleeve orifice. Graduation marks make precise metering simple and consistent. No more having to count how many turns of the knob.
• Cleanout allows removal of obstruction or debris from inside of valve without removing from blast pot.
• Higher controlled abrasive flow.
• Base is constructed of hardened steel for long life.
• Knob & bolt are separate from plunger, making maintenance easier and quicker. No more having to contend with the knob drive pin to remove plunger.
