Finally! An affordable automated solution to blasting and coating the inside of pipe. This portable unit was designed to allow our customers to automate their blasting and coating processes without having to design or purchase elaborate automated systems.
Designed to provide a constant drive speed to retract a 1-1/4” diameter pipe lance used for blasting or coating the internal diameter of pipe. This system consists of a frame/assembly skid, drive system and control panel only. Standard 1-1/4” schedule 40 or schedule 80 pipe may be assembled to the desired length by the end user on site to meet the desired length. See more on the product page here.
